Isn't 100 percent an absolute? This flagrant oxymoron has become engrained as a legitimate mathematical function by our not so well researched mass media. See, when you have ALL of something, you can't have more. Perhaps someone more verseder could clarify this concept gooder then myselfs is doings. (sarcasm)
